Thank you for giving us the opportunity to care for your pet(s). We are excited you have chosen us and we look forward to assisting you. Please help us better meet your needs and provide the best care possible by taking a few moments to fill out this basic information sheet.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We will provide a compassionate and safe environment for you, your pet and our team based on mutual trust and collaboration. Together we can make every visit a caring and positive experience.
What we expect:
- Communication is paramount in developing a trusting Veterinary-Client-Patient-Relationship.
- We will provide open communication with patience and understanding respecting your circumstances and values.
- We encourage you to share honest concerns and details about your pet’s health and behavior so that together we can create a care plan that meets the needs of you and your pet.
- Please follow staff guidance. Our instructions set timely expectations and ensure the safety and well-being of your pet and our team.
- Time is valuable and important. To the best of our ability, we will stay on schedule. To help us do so, please respect your appointment times.
- If we are running behind, we will do our best to notify you, reschedule or accommodate a drop-off appointment to ensure your pet gets what they need. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.
- Please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice for any supply needs for your pet.
- Respect our role as your pets’ primary care provider. As such, there may be times that your pet requires time and attention that we cannot provide. To ensure you and your pet get the attention you deserve you will be referred to alternate facilities. Our team has been empowered to make these decisions when it is in the best interest of your pet and our team.
- Understand that payment is due at the time of service. Discuss financial concerns with our team before treatment plans are made.
- For your convenience, we accept cash, credit/debit, check and Care Credit
- Understand that we must practice under the rules of the New Hampshire Board of Veterinary Medicine and New Hampshire State Law.
- We will not intimidate, harass, threaten, be rude or verbally abusive at any time to any person or pet.
We have ZERO TOLERANCE for:
- Bullying, abuse or harassment of any kind, malicious or harmful statements, profanity or disrespect directed at any person or pet.
- Discriminatory actions or comments.
- Intimidation tactics and/or threats by and toward any person or pet.
- Suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol or behavior-altering drugs.
- Failure to comply with requests from our team.
This policy is strictly enforced.
